Hidden History DFW Tour

September 14 10:00 am - 1:00 pm  |  Off Campus Tour

If you’d like to learn more about the Hidden History DFW Tour, you can attend a pre-meeting following the worship service (approx. 11:45 am) on Sunday, September 1 in the parlor.

Join your Northway friends for this three-hour tour and visit many historic sites in DFW that trace the African American experience following the Civil War through the 1960s. You will learn about the two largest settlements following the Civil War, the role of African Americans in the formation of Deep Ellum, and how the southern Dallas migration changed the face of the city forever.
