Let’s join hands to lend a hand!
On Saturday, October 14, Northway Christian Church is hosting a Rise Against Hunger Experience event from 12:00 – 4:00 pm in the church Narthex. This experience will provide a fun, educational way for volunteers to literally lend a hand to people facing hunger across the globe. We will work together in an assembly line process with the goal of packaging 10,000 meals in 4 hours or less!
They may look like simple bags of rice and soy, but Rise Against Hunger meals represent the hopes and dreams of people worldwide. Volunteers are the heart of this mission to end hunger and send millions of meals around the globe each year.
