Regional Refund Policy for Southwest Region Events

Cancellation details:

• 100% refund for emergencies up to the first day of the event;
• 100% if requested in writing up to seven days prior to the first day of the event;
• 50%, in cases of emergency only, if notification is made after the beginning of the event.

Refund issued only if the written request is received in the CCSW Regional office – either at PO Box 1689, Fort Worth TX 76101-1689, or at ccsw@ccsw.org – within seven days of the last day of the event; no refunds for non- emergency cancellations after the beginning of the event.
